        If your shoes and their accessories lost on the road , Please tell us, then we will free send out your shoes and accessories (Original boxes, retro card).We will confirm you will receive all of your shoes and accessories. or we will refund the money for your lost.

        (b) Shipping By sea/boat

       Shipping by sea/boat need you go to your customs for clearance customs. If you can not clearance the customs, the shoes will take by customs in your country. but if you pay more 6usd/pairs for insurance before our shipping, we will clearance the customs for you, so you just need stay home for wait shoes arrive.

Q. What is ur shipping police ?

Shipping by air express, we can shipping out 300 pairs shoes every day to every buyer. if your order is about 2000 pairs, then need 4 days for shipping shoes, every day we will shipping out 500 pairs.

2. Shipping By sea/boat 

Shipping by sea/boat is a slow way, the shoes will arrive your sea port (will near by your city) in about 25 days, The shoes will be shipping to your sea port, after our shipping, we will send the bill of lading to your home, when shoes arrive your sea port, you take the bill of lading and go to your sea port, show the bill of lading to the customs for clearance customs.

By Sea/boat shipping minimum order is 5000 pairs, We will support invoice for the shipping container.
